The web conference provides information on the current status of the projects "Valve actuator for non-limited stroke characteristics with high force potential through multidimensionally aligned working air gap" (FFF self-financed) and "Holistic optimization of electromagnetic actuators by coordinating shape and control" (IGF).
As one of the world's largest scientific conferences on fluid power, it offers users, manufacturers and scientists an international forum for exchanging experiences on hydraulic and pneumatic drives and systems.
The meeting will take place at the Institute for Fluid Power Drives and Systems (ifas), RWTH Aachen University, as part of the 15th IFK – International Conference on Fluid Power. The working group focuses on innovative hydraulic topics: ceramic-optimized circular slide valves, automated valve design and intelligent, agent-based control and regulation concepts for fluid systems.

The seminar will give you a general overview of possible methods that can be used to monitor the condition of your application - a machine, a gearbox or a function. Which procedures are established, when and how does it make sense to monitor lubricant, load or vibration? How can suitable limit values be determined? Current examples from aviation, general mechanical engineering and other applications round off the presentation.
The working group focuses on automated processes for identifying and tracking the parameters of electrohydraulic compact axles with the aim of speeding up commissioning and improving system performance in the long term.
