Press conference on offshore wind energy - offshore expansion figures for Germany for the full year 2025
The first German offshore wind farm, Alpha Ventus, went into operation in 2010. In 2025 - 15 years later - the offshore industry faced various challenges: For the first time, there were no bids in a tender in August 2025.
