G. Kraft Maschinenbau GmbH

ProduktionNRW, together with oculavis and the Kraft Group, offers a networking event on the topic of Smart Services. During a plant tour and visit to the technical center at the Kraft Group in Rietberg, participants can experience the latest machine developments and service innovations up close. This will be rounded off by a practical presentation from the Kraft Group on the subject of "Digital services - a success factor for tomorrow or already today?

A keynote presentation by oculavis will provide information on the successful implementation of smart services using AR video support. Afterwards, interactive workshops for the systematic identification and initial design of integrated service processes offer all participants the opportunity for in-depth discussion. As a result, participants will take home a concrete service blueprint that can be used to further address the topic in operational practice.

We look forward to an intensive workshop with you! Get involved in the workshops with your discussion requests by sending your topic suggestions to [email protected].

The event is aimed at companies from the internationally active mechanical, plant and special machinery engineering sectors with their own service organizations.
