WindEnergy Hamburg is the world's largest leading trade fair for the onshore and offshore wind industry. The trade fair covers the entire value chain - from project developers, financiers, suppliers and manufacturers to operators and service providers.

Wind energy plays an important role in security of supply and climate neutrality in the energy system. It secures value creation and employment as well as energy independence in Germany and Europe. In addition, the availability of renewable energies is a decisive location factor for Germany. Industrial investment decisions are made on the basis of the reliable prospect of a supply of green electricity. In order to maintain this location factor in the future, it is necessary to expand renewable energies in high volumes as quickly as possible.
