Lasers are used in a variety of ways in glass manufacturing and processing. They modify structures, help separate, clean areas from coating, or help mark. In some cases, they are used as a standard tool. Often, however, their application is still new and poses technical and safety challenges. In many cases, laser technology provides faster and more accurate processing or enables entirely new applications for glass products. The event aims to demonstrate the added value for glass processing and end customers.
