The Technical Advisory Council is a committee of the Specialized Department Industrial Trucks. It brings together technical experts from member companies that manufacture industrial trucks or attachments, as well as their suppliers.

The committee meets twice a year in person and deals with the following topics:

• Coordination of the technical working groups / development of publications
• Regulatory requirements for industrial trucks
• Exchange with other relevant committees and authorities (DIN NAM NA 060-22-040, VDI FA 305, BGHW, FEM IT Technical Committee)
