Even though the first companies in the mechanical and plant engineering sector are noticing an easing in the labor market, the structural shortage of skilled workers persists - especially as a third of the workforce will retire by 2036. Companies can therefore hardly afford to lose employees.

A recent Gallup study shows: Employees' willingness to change jobs has increased further, and only 14 percent experience a working environment characterized by good leadership. Only 22 percent of those surveyed are satisfied with their manager. These factors are crucial, as a strong emotional bond with the company has been proven to reduce staff turnover. Leadership was and remains a worthwhile area of investment and development.

In our interactive, virtual event, we shed light on the topic of leadership culture. Based on your practical experience ("what goes well - what goes badly"), we want to enter into a professional exchange and provide practical impetus for the further development of leadership in your company. Bring your questions on the topic and discuss with colleagues from other member companies as well as with the speaker. We look forward to an intensive exchange of experiences.

Please note: In this workshop, we will be working with the digital whiteboard "Mural", which will be explained at the beginning - active participation in the groups is essential.

We look forward to an intensive virtual exchange of experiences. The virtual event is aimed at specialists and managers from the areas of HR, innovation and management.
