As the green energy transition accelerates, the energy storage industry is experiencing rapid growth. To ensure this momentum continues, it is crucial to address existing regulatory barriers which are slowing down further development.

This event marks the launch of a dedicated working group for energy storage systems manufacturers and suppliers. Its goal: to foster collaboration, identify key challenges, and advocate for coherent and reliable industrial and energy policies at both the German and European levels. Only with a supportive policy framework can we unlock the full potential of energy storage and secure a successful transition to a sustainable energy future.

We have invited policymakers from the European Commission, the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy, as well as experts in grid infrastructure. A detailed agenda for the kick-off event will be announced shortly.
