This new event format complements the VDMA's half-day attendance record on export control. It concentrates on the exchange of experience, i.e. the discussion of participants' questions on the legal situation, the practice of BAFA procedures, and the internal implementation of export controls. The programme also includes a round table with short reports from all participants on the extent to which export control is affected and the situation in their companies

The number of participants is limited to 15 persons, so that the questions can be discussed in peace and everyone has the opportunity to participate. A total of twelve dates are offered until the end of the year.

Please submit your topic requests and questions together with your registration in writing. You will then receive a list of the questions submitted by e-mail before the event, usually together with your participation link.

The following procedure is planned

• Greeting, brief preliminary remarks
• Discussion of the questions / topics submitted in advance and spontaneously added
• Round with short reports on the export control situation in your own company
• Miscellaneous
