This presentation introduces Lines’ large-scale additive manufacturing technology for the serial production of large industrial parts in polymer and composite materials. Based on high-throughput pellet extrusion and controlled thermal management, the platform enables meter-scale structural components with industrial repeatability. The talk will cover the system architecture, qualified reinforced thermoplastics and composite materials, and application cases in mobility and industrial equipment. It will also outline the key steps for a successful large-scale project, including DfAM integration, material validation, process qualification, economic assessment, and industrial scaling strategy.
